Shipping, Returns & Refunds


When we receive your order, it will be packed and sent by one of our cooperates.

We ship worldwide and we ship with Postnord. Customs fees may apply depending on the country's rules.

Your order will be handled and sent within 1-2 working days. Therefore you can expect a delivery time of 3-5 working days. 

We accept the following payment options:

Visa, MasterCard, and American express. Pay pal, Apple pay, Klarna. 

When you order from us, you will receive a receipt as a confirmation for us receiving the order. However the binding purchase agreement will be when you receive an order confirmation from us.



When you shop online at, you normally have a 14-day withdrawal, where you can inform us, that you want to return the order to us. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns is from the day you receive your order. If the deadline ends on a public holiday, Saturday, constitution day, Christmas Eve, or New Years Eve, the deadline will be prolonged to the following working day (applies for pre-orders as well). In the case of multiple items, ordered in same purchase, but delivered separately, the return period begins from the point you receive your last item.

Email if you want to make a return. You will then get a prepaid return slip and further instructions within Sweden. For all other countries you may leave the package at a post office and pay for the return. NOTE: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us and await further instruction before returning the item(s). Our customer service team will inform you whether or not you are eligible for a cost-free return. When we have received and registered your returned item(s) in their original condition, we will send you a confirmation email and process your refund. 


Non-returnable items:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

In some cases you can lose the right of withdrawal, it can be because of the composition of the product, or you can lose the rights of return by breaking the seal.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Our return policy of 14 days and refund policy also applies to sale items. 


Exchanges (if applicable)

We do not exchange items. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend you return the unwanted item(s) through the process described above. Proceed to place a new order for the item in the size/color you want. No replacement will be sent to you automatically. NOTE: We will only refund items which are sent back to us in their original condition.
